Deal Statuses

Learn how LeadLoft makes it easy to see which deals you are engaging and which you need to follow up with.

How Each Deal Status Works:

  • New: No activity or engagement on the deal yet.
  • Task Due: A task is due within that specific deal.
  • Follow Up: Indicates when to follow up with someone, based on the number of days without communication activity for that Deal Stage.
  • Active: The deal is being actively engaged, so no immediate action is needed.
  • Won: The deal is in a stage marked as won, such as a "Customer" stage.
  • Lost: The deal is in a stage marked as lost, such as "No Response", "Not Interested", or "Bad Fit".
